A domain can be attached to multiple masters with different master->stall_enabled values. The stall bit of a CD entry should follow master->stall_enabled and has an inverse relationship with the STE.S1STALLD bit. The stall_enabled bit does not depend on any property of the domain, so move it out of the arm_smmu_domain struct. Move it to the CD table struct so that it can fully describe how CD entries should be written to it. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
